内部人控制是我国非营利组织中的一个严重问题,解决这一问题的关键是建立一个规范高效的非营利组织治理结构。
Abstract：Insider control is a serious problem in non-profit organization in China. The key to solve this problem is to construct a standard and efficient governance structure. This article analyzes the main forms of expression of insider control, governance structure failure of non-profit organization and their causes. At the same time, the article probes into the problem about how to construct a reasonable governance structure to control "insider control".
