党的二十大报告要求立足于“以人民为中心”的发展思想,以新发展理念为指导,站在人与自然和谐共生的高度谋划发展,以科教兴国战略、创新驱动发展战略实现高质量发展,推进中国式现代化和全面建设社会主义现代化国家,实现美丽中国建设和中华民族的伟大复兴;并提出应当立足于问题导向,以系统论、整体论、协同论等辩证思维统筹协同推进绿色生产方式与生活方式的形成,把维系生态系统的稳定性、可持续性与重点展开对人民群众关切的生态环境问题的治理有机结合起来。二十大报告中的社会主义生态文明观进一步继承和深化了十八大以来党领导的生态文明建设的理论创新和实践创新,推进了中国式现代化,为构建自主知识体系的中国式现代化理论提供了基础和前提,创造了人类文明新形态。

The report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC) calls for a “People-centered”development philosophy, guided by the new development philosophy, and planned from the height of harmonious coexistence between humanity and nature, to realize quality-oriented development through the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and the strategy of innovation-driven development, to promote Chinese modernization and build a modern socialist country in an all-round way, and to realize the building of a beautiful China and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, and that the formation of green mode of production and lifestyles should be promoted in a problem-oriented manner, with a coordinated approach based on dialectical thinking such as systematology, holism and synergetics, to maintain the stability of the ecosystem, sustainability and focus on the people's concerns about the ecological environment of the governance of organic combination. The concept of socialist ecological civilization in the report to the 20th National Congress has further inherited and deepened the theoretical and practical innovations in the construction of ecological civilization led by the CPC since the 18th National Congress, and promoted Chinese modernization, it also provides the basis and prerequisites for the construction of Chinese modernization theory of autonomous knowledge system, and creates a new form of human civilization.
