2020年伊始,我国遭遇了新冠病毒肆虐的重大公共卫生事件。在这场重大公共卫生事件中,所有社会成员都卷入其中,无人可以置身事外。对于新冠病毒疫情的防控成为所有社会成员必须承担的公共伦理责任。个人负有强化社会共同体意识的责任、积极解决社会权力与个人权利冲突的责任、防控参与的责任;医疗卫生人员承担着医学正义的责任、引导公共舆论的责任、稳定社会心理的责任、遵循临床和医学实验伦理原则的责任;政府管理部门负有公共卫生危机预防责任、维护公共权力使用正当性的责任、使人们免于道德伤害的责任。

At the beginning of 2020, our country is facing a big challenge from COVID-19, all of us are engaging in this crisis. All the society units should take public ethical responsibilities to get through the serious difficulties. Individuals should cultivate society identity as members of a community, solve the possible conflict between public power and private rights, and contribute to the crisis control. Medical professional stuffs should help to realize medical justice, guide public discourse, contribute to public psychological health and keep the medicine ethics rules in clinical care. Government should construct crisis early warning system, guarantee the justice in public power using, and keep people from moral suffering.
