摘要：
心理素质及其教育作为素质教育的重要组成部分，正日益受到人们的重视。从素质、心理素质、心理素质教育等三个方面分别探讨这个问题并最终提出解决办法，对正确理解和把握心理素质及其教育有着重要的意义。
Abstract：More and more importance has been attached to psychology quality and its education, an important component of quality education. To examine the problem from the perspectives of quality, psychology quality and its education respectively and offer a solution is very important to understand and handle the matter.
